Service Description

Military families experience very unique stresses and challenging life adjustment issues that impact the romantic and interpersonal family and social needs. This undoubtedly has caused much strain, extra burden, and stress, especially in other family relationships. In other words, our nation's most valuable and precious protectors of truth, honor, life, and freedom, have sacrificed the most both in the field and at home. Often, many honorable servicemen and women, attempt to press forward and adapt and cope on their own without either knowing or being able to find services to help with transition and adjustment. Spouses, partners, and children of military families have also had to learn how to adapt, cope and adjust to the different changes, roles, and responsibilities associated with having a family member who is serving in the military. Adjusting to civilian life is not a smooth and easy transition and it is difficult to find balance and emotional, social and relational, and sometimes physical well-being without having some additional navigational as well as coping and adjustment tools. Mental health wellness coaching and family therapy consulting combined with biomedical technology empower and enables families and individuals to learn to self and co-regulate their moods and manage the different areas of their life.
