Service Description

Unexpected events happen causing turbulent drifts and torrents in life. Job loss, death, relationship loss, sudden illness or new change in life circumstances can disrupt our daily living routines. Sometimes these events can leave us more lost and confused. At these times you may need or want a trained certified rehabilitation counselor to assist you with navigating through these difficult times. I work with many people who have struggles with life adjustments because of being displaced from work, and relationship losses and chronic health problems. For the past 15 years, I have learned valuable lessons in finding new meaning through my own professional and personal experiences and can assist you to find new meaning and happiness as well. Using a solution-focused therapy enables me to serve participants better in adjustment therapy and for many people I can utilize their Employee Assistant Program EAP services through work and the cost for my short-term therapy sessions are considerably less in many cases than trying to go through months of counseling elsewhere.

Cancellation Policy

All bookings onto calendar will be confirmed by the counselor Trent Gray before finalized. After that time you will need to give 48 to 72 hours notice to cancel a set appointment or there will be a $35 dollar missed appointment fee.
